Booking Procedure

1.)
Choose one of our tours by clicking on the main map. Then click further on the button “dates + booking” and on this page below on the button “book now”.

Here you find our booking request form. You will be asked for several details concerning your journey from step 1 to step 4 where you’ll find a summary of the total tour price. If you continue with step 5, where we ask your personal data, you transmit this by a secure server so that nobody else can read these data. At step 6 you finally get a complete summary of all ordered services, personal details and prices. You must confirm that you have read our booking conditions and then you book legally binding by clicking on the button “send”.

2.)
You will now shortly afterwards receive an email saying that we received your booking request form. We start right away to make the reservations for your tour package. If we have any questions or if a deviation of your order seems to be necessary we will contact you immediately.

3.)
As soon as we got all your services such as accomodations and included transfers properly confirmed we email you a “Booking Confirmation” where you see all your booking details plus possible changes plus possible changes. The confirmation of all services might take up to one week, though we try our best to be faster – and normally we are.  If changes have to apply they are clearly mentioned so that you can decide if you agree.

At the same time you are given an automatically generated passwort for your file. 

By a secure server you must inform us then how you wish to pay. You may give us your credit card number (Visa or Mastercard) which is certainly the fastest, cheapest and easiest way of paying. If you live within the countries of EURO currency you may as well without high bank fees make a transfer in EUROs by using our IBAN – number which you will find on our invoice. 

4.)
Latest 6 weeks before departure date we must receive the remaining amount of the total amount of the invoice. If you gave us your credit card details we will charge this amount to your credit card 6 weeks before departure. If you didn’t give us a credit card number it is your responsibility that we will be in possession of this amount right in time. Please consider that bank tranfers from other countries can take quite long!

5.)
After we received the complete payment but normally not earlier than 2 weeks before departure we will email you the following travel documents: personal accommodation list (with addresses and phone numbers), detailed address and information how to get to the first accommodation, voucher for the travel package, PDF of an overview map of the tour.
Attention: if you plan to leave home earlier than at the departure date of the walking package which you booked with us, please inform us EARLY ENOUGH!!! In this case please take care that we will receive your payment correspondingly earlier. Only then we can send your travel documents to you earlier than two weeks prior departure date.

6.)
At the first accommodation you will find the roadbook with the detailed route description and all important information from day to day as well as detailed maps with your walking route and some additional information material. You will get such a welcome package in the first accommodation by showing your voucher which we emailed to you before.
